WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase an event ticket, a training or workshop order we do not collect any personal information. The name, email information etc only meant for communication related to the event.
CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

PAYMENT
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved. Refund Policy

Only when the event, training or workshop is cancelled due to unavoidable reasons refund will be processed to the audience. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at amitbhushan@yahoo.com
